We currently serve handcrafted espresso drinks from our coffee trailer on Gloucester Boulevard, and we're already working toward our next chapter: opening our first brick-and-mortar café. What You'll Do Craft high-quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages Deliver exceptional customer service that keeps guests coming back Take customer orders and operate our point-of-sale system Keep the coffee trailer clean, organized, and stocked Assist with opening and closing responsibilities Learn our recipes and maintain consistent drink quality Represent the By the Sea Coffee Co. brand with professionalism and enthusiasm We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys working with people Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Learns quickly and pays attention to detail Can stay calm and efficient during busy rushes Is a team player but also works well independently Wants to grow with a company rather than simply fill shifts Barista experience is great—but it isn't required.
