Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys working with people Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Learns quickly and pays attention to detail Can stay calm and efficient during busy rushes Is a team player but also works well independently Wants to grow with a company rather than simply fill shifts Barista experience is great—but it isn't required.
