We're a friendly local bakery looking for a reliable and upbeat Barista/Cashier to join our team! This is a customer-facing position perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, and being part of a small local business. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, welcoming service Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate the register and handle cash and card transactions Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages Package donuts, pastries, and other bakery items Restock cups, lids, napkins, bakery items, and other supplies Keep the counter, coffee area, dining area, and workspaces clean and organized Assist with light cleaning and end-of-shift tasks Work together with other team members during busy periods Help create a positive experience for every customer What We're Looking For Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Dependable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling money and using a point-of-sale system Willing to clean, restock, and help wherever needed Able to stand for extended periods during a shift Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude Previous cashier, barista, bakery, restaurant, or customer-service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Schedule Monday - Thursday 7 AM to 2 PM Additional weekend shifts available if desired.
