Job Description

Part-Time Barista Position The Coffee shop in Newburyport MA is hiring for customer service. We are looking for dynamic, proactive, motivated and personable people to join our team.
Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be passionate about serving customers and providing excellent customer service.
  • Friendly smile and positive attitude toward customers.
  • Exhibit a delightful and empathetic personality, as well as reliability.
  • Able to work at fast pace,
  • Contribute daily to The Coffee Factory team.
  • Shifts can vary but average shift around 4-8 hours.
  • Must reside near the Newburyport area, within a 30 min. away. Please email or text
