Mochinoho is looking for a friendly,reliable,and energetic team mem to join our front counter team!
As a Front Counter / Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling payments, preparing customer orders, and keeping the front area clean and organized.
As a Front Counter / Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling payments, preparing customer orders, and keeping the front area clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments.
- Answer questions about our menu, ingredients, and promotions.
- Prepare and package customer orders.
- Help with DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other online orders.
- Keep the counter and front area clean and organized.
- Restock cups, bags, straws, and other front counter supplies.
- Follow company policies and food safety procedures.
- Work as a team during busy periods.
- Provide a welcoming and positive experience for every customer.
