Please, read carefully the job description below. Anyone applying is expected to work weekends, as these are our busiest days.

Qualifications:

Availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed. Minimum of one year of work experience preferred, and with a good record Food service experience preferred. Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to resolve concerns from customers Positive and can do attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated to achieve results Team player, able to work with people of different ages. Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment, staying focused, friendly and willing to support management and all employees working at the same time. Able to provide at least two work references, verifiable of the experience and performance expected. Preferably located within 30 minutes or less commute. Able to work as early as 5:30 am, when opening the store, and as late as 5:45 pm when closing the store, depending on shift assignment.

Responsibilities:

Be proactive, staying busy during slow times, keep every area clean and organized at all time - equipment, counters, small ware, restrooms, floors, etc. Deliver great customer experience Follow systems, processes and recipe. Ensure proper cash management Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Compensation:

$18-20/hr including tips, and based on performance after training period. Training period starts at $15/hr, for the first one to two weeks, depending on learning curve and ability to learn. Meal discount benefit while working.
