We are seeking full-time Cashier/Baristas to join our True Coffee Roastery Cafe team that is located at 161 Westford RD Tyngsboro

Our coffee drink starts from in-house roasting raw beans which are carefully selected and imported from all over places worldwide. Every hired person will get expert's professional training. Pay rate starts at $16.00+ tips at beginning first two weeks and 40 hours/per week. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista,/Cashier you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee drinks, food and maintaining cleanliness in the café, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences for our customers while showcasing your skills in food preparation and service. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and care. Operate the POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling accurately. Carefully and Efficiently use Equipment to make drinks. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation and serving items from the menu while adhering to food handling guidelines. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage recipes.
