BARISTA We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic experienced Barista who enjoys working with people and being part of a team. Prior barista experience is required. Baristas are responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items in a clean and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system. Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards. Prepare and serve pastries and other designated food items. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee station. Complete opening, shift, and closing responsibilities. Restock cups, lids, syrups, milk, coffee, and other supplies as needed. Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, work areas, and customer areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements. Communicate with coworkers and management to keep service running smoothly. Assist teammates during busy periods and be willing to help wherever needed. Provide prompt, professional service and work to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Prior barista experience required. Experience preparing espresso-based beverages and operating commercial coffee equipment. Friendly, positive, and customer-service focused. Dependable and punctual. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to follow recipes, procedures, and company standards consistently. Comfortable handling money and using a POS system. Willing to learn and receptive to coaching and feedback.
