If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love interacting with people, and take pride in delivering quality products, we'd love to meet you. No previous dirty soda experience? No problem! We'll provide all the training you need. A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are what matter most. What You'll Do As a Store Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating the fun, welcoming experience Throw It Back is known for. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing exceptional customer service with a positive, friendly attitude. Preparing and crafting specialty dirty sodas, energy drinks, lemonades, and other menu items with consistency and attention to detail. Learning and memorizing our menu, recipes, and seasonal specials. Greeting customers, taking orders, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, and accurately handling cash and card transactions. Keeping the store clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift. Restocking ingredients, cups, syrups, merchandise, and supplies as needed. Assisting with opening and closing duties. Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Working efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining quality and accuracy. Working as part of a team by communicating effectively and supporting fellow team members. Following company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Representing Throw It Back Dirty Soda with professionalism, positivity, and respect.
