We are looking for someone passionate about specialty coffee, espresso, cocktails, and mixology who can help create a unique and high-quality café and bar experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will bring strong beverage knowledge, creativity, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills. Full-time and part-time positions available. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare high-quality specialty coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other café beverages. Prepare classic, craft, and signature cocktails. Help develop and curate coffee, cocktail, mocktail, and specialty beverage menus. Operate and properly maintain espresso machines, grinders, and bar equipment. Maintain consistent beverage quality, recipes, portions, and presentation. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service. Make recommendations to guests regarding coffee, cocktails, spirits, and other beverages. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café and bar area. Monitor beverage inventory and assist with ordering and stock organization. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service requirements. Help create seasonal and specialty beverage offerings. Assist with establishing café and bar service standards. Contribute ideas to improve the overall guest experience. Experience & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional barista, bartending, mixology, café, or beverage-service experience. Strong hands-on experience with espresso and specialty coffee preparation . Strong hands-on experience with cocktail preparation and mixology . Experience working in a café, restaurant, cocktail bar, or upscale hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso, spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Creative approach to beverage preparation and presentation. Professional appearance and attitude. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Valid ServSafe certification is required.
