Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Server/Bartender to join our team at Cento Wood-Fire Pizzeria and Cafe. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a bar and restaurant.

Server Responsibilities:

Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and deliver good customer service
Table management
Set and clean tables
Take payments for food and beverages.
Assist with opening and closing duties.

Bartender Responsibilities:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages bases on customer requests and recipes.
Check IDs and make sure every customer purchasing an alcoholic drink is over 21.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff, including cleaning glasses, utensils and bar equipment.
Maintain bar inventory and supplies
Work with the servers to help serve their tables as needed.
Take payments for food and beverages.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Take orders and deliver great customer service.

Requirements:

Past serving or bartending experience

REQUIRED

Must be 18 years of age or older to bartend or serve alcohol.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
