Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Server/Bartender to join our team at Cento Wood-Fire Pizzeria and Cafe. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a bar and restaurant.Server Responsibilities:
- Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and deliver good customer service
- Table management
- Set and clean tables
- Take payments for food and beverages.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages bases on customer requests and recipes.
- Check IDs and make sure every customer purchasing an alcoholic drink is over 21.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff, including cleaning glasses, utensils and bar equipment.
- Maintain bar inventory and supplies
- Work with the servers to help serve their tables as needed.
- Take payments for food and beverages.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Take orders and deliver great customer service.
Requirements:
- Past serving or bartending experience
REQUIRED
- Must be 18 years of age or older to bartend or serve alcohol.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
