Simmer Coffee House is hiring baristas to help shape the heart of our first location in Cary, NC. We're not just pouring drinks — we're building a community rooted in kindness, comfort, and connection. What You'll Do Craft high-quality coffee and tea drinks with care and consistency Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest Handle orders and payments at the register Keep the café clean, stocked, and running smoothly Collaborate with teammates to deliver extraordinary hospitality Uphold health and safety standards What We're Looking For Friendly, reliable team players Great communicators who love serving others Previous café or food service experience required. Eagerness to learn and grow

Schedule:
