What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, matcha, Lotus drinks, teas, and seasonal beverages according to Matter More Coffee standards. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient café and bar area. Follow opening and closing procedures. Operate the POS accurately and confidently. Restock inventory and keep the bar prepared throughout each shift. Work collaboratively with teammates to provide excellent service during busy periods. What We're Looking For Prior customer service experience is required. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Strong communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation. Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Previous barista experience. Schedule & Availability This position averages 25 to 35 hours per week . Physical Requirements Must meet North Carolina minimum working age requirements. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
