Discussed during interview based on personal experience, charisma, professionalism, among other factors.
Tips:
After 120hr of training or completed Training Log with ownership approval. Tips add $3-5 per hour depending on day, shift, and performance. Hours & availability: Update Square Team app upon hire and as needed Time off: All about communication and submitting in timely manner.
Breaks:
30min paid break every full shift, this time is worked in during the down time

Core Responsibilities Uphold sanitation expectations given by management Record inventory items as needed (help with inventory & waste log) Waste management, always FIFO properly (First in, First Out) Cash handling, working till including ringing up guest and refunds Food handling, breakfast and lunch menu served all day. All meats are precooked upon arrival.
