Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Operate POS systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly service to enhance their café experience Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change using retail math skills Restock supplies as needed and assist with food handling duties to ensure smooth service flow Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality beverage preparation Requirements Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus Proficiency in using POS systems for sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction processing Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and perform cleaning duties as required Join us to craft memorable moments for our guests while developing your skills in a lively café environment.
