Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and experienced Barista to join our vibrant café team! As a seasoned professional in coffee and beverage service, you will bring your passion for crafting high-quality drinks and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise in food handling, POS systems, and retail sales transactions will help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and satisfied. l Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and other drink options with precision and flair Operate POS systems Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and offering product recommendations Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, beverage stations, and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all food safety guidelines are followed Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Experience Proven experience as a barista with a strong background in coffee preparation and beverage service Familiarity with POS systems such Previous food service experience in cafés or similar environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling techniques, and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong time management skills to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours Join us if you're passionate about coffee, thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences, and want to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to quality and community!
