Job Description
Overview South Side Coffee Company is looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Barista who is passionate about coffee and hospitality. We're a family-owned coffee shop and artisan roastery where creating genuine connections with our customers is just as important as making great coffee. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages Dial in espresso and maintain beverage quality throughout the day Prepare pastries and light food items Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support opening, closing, and daily café operations Qualifications Previous barista or café experience preferred, SCA Certified a plus Experience with commercial espresso machines is a plus Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Weekend and morning or afternoon availability required Application Question What excites you most about coffee life?
