Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and serve beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and math calculations. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and customer seating areas, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting overall food safety and quality assurance. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely beverage preparation and service. Pay:
