Job description Seeking Baristas for Kinya Ramen to make a variety of drinks and desserts. We are looking for dedicated individuals to develop and grow with their team. This position would entail working the bar area to support servers and guest alike. Candidates would be expected to work as a team and must be capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Can prepare all drinks and premixes Stays productive and proactive throughout the entire shift, even when business is slow Knows our menu and drink customizations Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
