Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to quality standards and recipes Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for retail sales transactions and cash handling Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately while maintaining balanced cash drawers Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and seating areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring all food safety and food handling protocols are followed Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly without compromising quality or safety Experience Previous barista experience or café experience is highly preferred, showcasing familiarity with beverage service and food preparation Strong retail sales transaction skills with experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent math skills Experience in food service environments emphasizing customer service excellence and food safety practices Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail in drink making and cashier duties Knowledge of basic food handling procedures and beverage preparation techniques is advantageous Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Join us and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences! Pay:
