The Opportunity This is a chance to be the face of Ben & Jerry's in your community, serving up ice cream and great experiences in a fast-paced, upbeat environment. You'll build customer service skills, learn how a busy shop runs, and have room to take on more responsibility over time. If you enjoy working with people, want flexible hours, and like the idea of growing into a trusted go-to person or future leader on the team, this role gives you that path while keeping work fun. What You'll Do Prepare and serve ice cream, shakes, and other treats with accuracy, speed, and a friendly attitude. Handle the register, process payments, and manage cash responsibly during your shifts. Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked so every guest walks into a great experience. Bring positive energy to the team, especially during busy rushes, helping things run smoothly. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe environment. What Success Looks Like Within your first months, you confidently handle rush periods while maintaining friendly, efficient service. Guests regularly leave satisfied, and you contribute to positive feedback about the shop and team. You reliably arrive on time, complete assigned tasks, and can be counted on during peak shifts. You learn standard shop procedures and can step into different stations as needed with minimal direction. Dependability:

you show up on time, ready to work, and support your teammates. Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced environment and lifting up to 30 lbs as needed. Flexible availability, including potential days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
