Duties Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffees, ensuring each is crafted to perfection. Engage with customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and providing friendly, personalized service that enhances their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas, to uphold health and safety standards. Operate coffee brewing equipment efficiently while adhering to quality control procedures. Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; restock as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Follow all safety protocols and company policies diligently to create a safe environment for both staff and customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods and support each other in achieving daily goals. Qualifications Passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
