Ensure all drinks are made according to company standards and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including coffee machines, utensils, and serving areas. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer needs promptly. Uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance to ensure welcoming environment for customers. Handle cash register operations or POS systems accurately when required. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Basic cooking skills for food preparation are desirable. Attention to detail is essential for preparing quality beverages and maintaining cleanliness standards. A strong sense of pride in one's work is an important quality for success in this role.
