Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service. Prepare non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks following established recipes and standards. Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, process payments, give correct change, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, counters, and equipment to uphold food safety standards. Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Follow food handling procedures carefully to ensure safety and quality for all customers. Skills Proven experience in food service or café environments with barista experience preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities. Ability to prepare beverages accurately while maintaining speed during busy hours. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and giving accurate change. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
