The wages are minimum tip-wage plus tips which results in 20-25 per hour on average. Duties Greet guests warmly and efficiently Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure swift processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Create coffee beverages Package food to go Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain sanitation and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation protocols, and kitchen procedures Assist with bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles with a focus on guest relations
