Job Overview Are you a friendly, customer-focused individual with a passion for coffee? La Promenade is looking for a skilled Barista to join our team and create exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. In this role, you will craft high-quality beverages, provide outstanding service, and contribute to a welcoming café environment.
Craft and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, take orders, and ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
Cash Handling & Transactions:
Process payments accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
Maintain Cleanliness & Organization:
Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized, following health and safety regulations.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about menu offerings, promotions, and specialty drinks to answer customer inquiries.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience. Qualifications Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
