A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages at coffee houses or coffee bars. Takes customer orders, serves baked goods and snacks, runs and maintains coffee making equipment and monitors supplies.

In this role, you will craft high-quality beverages, provide outstanding service, and contribute to a welcoming café environment.
Craft and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, take orders, and ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
Cash Handling & Transactions:
Process payments accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
Maintain Cleanliness & Organization:
Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized, following health and safety regulations.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about menu offerings, promotions, and specialty drinks to answer customer inquiries.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience. Qualifications Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
