Responsibilities Supervise daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards Lead and motivate a team of baristas, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Manage retail sales transactions using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently and accurately Ensure all food handling and beverage preparation meet food safety and sanitation standards Oversee cash handling, processing cash transactions accurately while maintaining accountability Maintain cleanliness of the café environment by implementing regular cleaning schedules and safety protocols Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and ordering supplies as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally Support the team in serving beverages and food items quickly while maintaining quality standards Skills Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service techniques Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a café or food service setting Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory counts Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to train staff on beverage preparation, food safety, cleaning protocols, and POS operation Effective communication skills to coordinate team efforts and ensure smooth operations Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued!
