Duties Greet customers warmly and take their beverage and food orders with enthusiasm and accuracy Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions smoothly and efficiently Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately while processing cash transactions with attention to detail Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Assist customers with product selections and provide excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience Restock supplies regularly, manage inventory levels, and ensure food handling safety protocols are followed at all times Qualifications Previous cashiering or barista experience is required, with proficiency in beverage preparation and retail sales transactions Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Experience in food service or café environments demonstrating knowledge of food handling and safety procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing orders accurately Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude that fosters a welcoming atmosphere Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable café experiences through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages.
