Job Description

•This job includes tips in addition to non server wages•Noble Pies is seeking kind, personable, and motivated individuals to join our cafe team. Job Expectations Ability to stand for at least 4-6 hours Immediately greeting customers as they approach. Having interest in locally and ethically sourced goods Engaging customers before taking orders (i.e. "How are you today?") Educating customers on menu items and our business and answering any questions they may ask Discerning customer's preferences and making recommendations to manager Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards) Serving prepared food, like brownies and scones Taking inventory after each shift Follow opening and closing lists. •Preparing breakfast items and slices of pie Shifts available: Weekdays and weekends
