Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista/Crew Members to join our vibrant café team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft high-quality coffee beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in food service or the coffee industry, possess strong time management skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting. Must be able to work between the hours of 7am-4:30pm Monday thru Saturday. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items following established recipes and standards Operate POS system Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering inquiries with professionalism and friendliness Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food preparation and serving areas Manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong time management skills during busy periods Restock supplies, clean equipment, and ensure the café environment is inviting and organized Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Qualifications Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly desirable Experience with food preparatio Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures is advantageous Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Join our team to deliver exceptional coffee experiences while developing your skills in a supportive environment!
