Ovation Coffee & Tea is a 5 star family owned shop with a Moroccan twist. We were voted the #3 coffee shop in the USA and Canada on Yelp in 2022 and we are currently looking for baristas and individuals that would be interested in becoming a barista and potentially be a part of our long term vision as we continue to grow and open new stores next year! We have 6 locations around Portland and Lake Oswego, with a 7th on the way. We are looking for friendly and outgoing people to add to our team now. The ideal candidate is one who can work in a fast paced environment and love working with people and providing excellent customer service. Once hired, your hard work will not go unnoticed and will be rewarded with more hours, raises, promotions and benefits! Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with coffee, tea, and espresso beverages
- Looking to work long term and not just a stepping stone job
- Ability to delegate and lead a staff
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized, detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Willing to complete cleaning duties
- Willing to work in the preparation of food
- Available to work a schedule that may include weekends and some holidays
- Must have an Oregon Food Handler's card
