This is a unique opportunity to help shape an incredible customer experience from day one in a dynamic and exciting environment. Your primary focus will be crafting top-tier coffee beverages, our signature sandwiches, and other cafe delights.
ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers in a hospitable way, ensuring they feel welcomePrepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and carePreparation of our sandwiches and other cafe offerings with attention to detailMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to reflect our high standardsCollaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable service experienceCompensationStarting wage is $18 per hour, with potential of up to $20 per hour based on experience and performance. All positions here receive tips that average $7-$9 per hour.
