Our new cafe is open, offering food and coffee/drinks to our campground guests and the public. Summary We are seeking talented and motivated Baristas to join our team. In this role, you will assist with preparing and serving high-quality drink/coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will also assist with taking customer orders, scooping ice cream and making ice cream sundaes. Your contributions will enhance the overall experience at our cafe, event venue, and campground. This is a part-time role with full-time future potential Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of drink/coffee beverages and food items to guests. Scoop ice cream and make ice cream sundaes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Toast POS system. Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee supplies and food items. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Requirements Previous experience as a barista (1+ years) is preferred. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Understanding of food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
