Job Description
## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment. ## Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes with precision
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Assist in food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns ## Experience ###
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of the food industry, including food preparation and food safety practices
- Proficiency in making coffee and espresso-based beverages
- Experience with POS systems, cash registers, and retail math
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well in a team environment ###
Nice-to-Have Skills:
