Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our café team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality Boba Tea beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant café environment. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that each drink is made to perfection. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea beverages and other menu items with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and workspaces. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience. Operate the POS system for order processing and payment transactions efficiently. Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines while handling food and beverages. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other during busy shifts. Requirements Previous experience in the food service or café industry is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor. A passion for boba tea and eagerness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
