Overview We're looking for an experienced, reliable Barista to join our growing mobile cafe. This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and deliver amazing customer experience. About Us We are a new mobile coffee trailer serving handcrafted drinks at events, pop-ups, and community locations. Since launching in February 2026, we've been expanding into different towns throughout the Poconos and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Lead and manage shifts independently at events and pop-ups Prepare high-quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages consistently Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service Set up and break down the coffee trailer efficiently Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Assist with inventory tracking and restocking Train and support newer team members when needed Requirements Comfortable and able to be working in small spaces. Previous barista experience (required) Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and drink building Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different event locations Comfortable working in a mobile/fast-paced environment Availability on weekends, early mornings, and holidays Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lift equipment and stand for extended periods Additional Details $14hr starting

WITH TIPS

(averaging around $17 hr) This position requires traveling to various locations where the trailer will be set up, primarily throughout the Poconos and surrounding areas
