Job Description
Café Tempo Express is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Front of House Team Members to join our team! We're hiring for opening and closing shifts, with approximately 30-40 hours per week. Opening shifts typically run from 5:00 AM to 12:00-1:00 PM. Closing shifts require availability until 2:00 PM, with closing duties typically completed around 2:30 PM. We close at 2:00 PM daily, so there are no late-night shifts. Scheduling flexibility may be available for the right candidates. Responsibilities include taking orders, working the drive-thru, preparing coffee and espresso drinks, operating the register, restocking, cleaning, completing opening or closing duties, and providing friendly, efficient customer service. No barista experience is necessary! We're happy to train the right person. We're looking for team members who are dependable, punctual, friendly, willing to learn, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to work consistently and productively as part of a team. Team members begin at minimum wage during training. After successfully completing training (typically within 90 days, or sooner based on performance) employees become eligible to participate in our tip pool, providing an opportunity for additional earnings.
