Position Details Part-Time Hours Only Day Shift:

8:40AM-3:30PM (not set hours)

Night Shift:

3:00PM-7:00PM (not set hours) Weekends Required (Saturdays are non-negotiable) Holidays Required Must have open availability (mornings, evenings, weekends) Job Summary Team Members are responsible for preparing menu items according to company standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Prepare menu items including cold-pressed juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, mini pancakes, coffee products, and seasonal items Operate cold-press equipment and other kitchen tools Deliver fast, friendly, and exceptional customer service Handle all cash and card transactions accurately Maintain constant cleaning, prepping, and restocking Uphold company values and standards at all times Communicate effectively with guests, shift leaders, and management Make decisions that prioritize the customer experience Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Follow all health department and food safety regulations (98%+ inspection standard) Create engaging social media video content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) Adhere to personal hygiene, appearance, and company policies Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications Previous cash handling experience preferred Strong customer service skills Excellent time management and reliability Ability to work independently and stay productive Open availability required (mornings, evenings, weekends) Ability to stand for long periods Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs What We're Looking For ✔ Dependable ✔ Self-motivated ✔ Detail-oriented ✔ Positive attitude ✔ Team player who can also work independently
