As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create a welcoming dining experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean dining area, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and efficiently. $13/hour + tips. Duties Greet every guest with a warm and friendly attitude. Take customer orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Answer menu questions and make recommendations when needed. Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately. Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally. Bus, clean, and reset tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining room. Keep the front counter, dining area, beverage station, and condiment area clean and fully stocked. Assist with opening and closing side work. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Handle customer concerns professionally and notify management when needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies. Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Previous customer service experience in a restaurant, café, coffee shop, or similar hospitality environment preferred. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods. Comfortable using a POS system or willing to learn. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
