Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve beverages promptly to ensure a positive experience Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change using cash handling best practices Restock supplies regularly, including coffee beans, cups, lids, napkins, and other essentials for smooth operations Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in every drink served Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong attention to detail for food safety, food handling, and cleanliness standards Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and managing sales totals Effective time management to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality Knowledge of coffee experience, beverage service, and drink presentation techniques Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
