Availability:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and some weekends Whether you're crafting the perfect latte, recommending a favorite pastry, or helping someone start their day with a smile, you'll play an important role in creating the welcoming experience Haymaker is known for. What You'll Do Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages Provide warm, attentive customer service to every guest Accurately take orders and process transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café Assist with food running, pastry sales, and front-of-house facilities duties Work collaboratively with all departments Help create a positive, upbeat atmosphere for guests and coworkers alike Contribute to the overall warmth, hospitality, and energy of the Haymaker experience We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and eager to learn Able to multitask while maintaining quality and hospitality Excited about coffee, food, and creating a great guest experience Available to consistently work Mondays and Wednesdays & able to work on some weekends Previous barista or café experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person What We Offer $20+/hour Flexible part-time scheduling Paid training Employee discounts on food, drinks, and retail items A supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities to learn and grow within a locally owned, community-focused business At Haymaker, we're more than a bakery—we're a gathering place.
