Amberlulu Bubble Tea and Desserts is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Barista to join our team! We're seeking someone with flexible availability—especially for opening and closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Boba Barista, you'll be the face of our shop, creating delicious drinks and providing exceptional customer service in a fun and upbeat environment.

Responsibilities:

Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, following company recipes and quality standards Engage warmly and efficiently with customers to create a memorable experience Operate and maintain equipment (e.g., blenders, tea brewers) safely and cleanly Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including prep and service areas Support inventory management by stocking supplies and monitoring usage Accurately and efficiently process transactions using the POS system Follow all health and food safety regulations to ensure a safe environment Collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly and handle customer concerns professionally Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, and holidays - Required open availability for weekends 10-25 hours a week

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred Passion for bubble tea and a willingness to learn about products and preparation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation practices Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Compensation:

After completing training, team members can choose between two pay structure options:

Fixed Pay Rate:

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour (based on experience and performance) OR Base Pay +

Tips:

$10.00 - $13.50 per hour plus tips Tips can significantly increase your total earnings depending on shift and customer volume.
