We are seeking a barista to join our mobile coffee trailer team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment. Coffee trailers are located in Ellsworth and River Falls, WI. There will also be some travel to local events. ## Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks/ beverages following recipes
• Operate sales terminal and handle customer payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee trailer
• Take customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist in food preparation as needed
• Provide warm, friendly and prompt customer service ## Requirements
• Must be 18+ or have the ability to work mornings during the week (home school students)
• Must have weekend availability
• Must have critical thinking skills and be able to follow instructions
• Must be detail oriented and able to maintain high standards for products and customer service
• Must be a morning person who is able to deliver friendly service during early work hours
• Familiarity with retail math for sales transactions
• Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure
• Must be able to memorize drink proportions
