Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, including cocktails, wine pairings, craft beers, and specialty drinks. Maintain a clean, organized bar area that adheres to food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to promote sales and enhance their overall experience. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Skills At least 1 year bartandering experience Be on time Extensive knowledge of POS system Proven experience in cocktail mixing (mixology), wine knowledge, craft beer expertise, and spirits handling. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
