We're one of the go-to places in Eureka Springs and we want to make sure we keep that momentum rolling by maintaining the best crew in town. We're looking for some rockstar bartenders/servers to join our team (our bartending staff also serves - we do not have separate roles). In your role, you'll greet and serve customers (locals and tourists). Knowledge of bartending, serving, and hospitality is crucial in this role. Our team shares a mix of shifts/opening/closing duties throughout the week to ensure everyone is treated equally. Reliability and trust is huge - We expect our team to be on-time for scheduled shifts and ready to go when they are here. We offer a fun and stable work environment with above average industry pay. Live music / entertainment 7 nights a week - and we stay open through the winter months. While we'll do our best to communicate through Indeed, your best bet is to come in to the Gravel Bar and fill out an application.
