Job Description
We're one of the go-to places in Eureka Springs and we want to make sure we keep that momentum rolling by maintaining the best crew in town. We're looking for some rockstar bartenders/servers to join our team (our bartending staff also serves - we do not have separate roles). In your role, you'll greet and serve customers (locals and tourists). Knowledge of bartending, serving, and hospitality is crucial in this role. Our team shares a mix of shifts/opening/closing duties throughout the week to ensure everyone is treated equally. Reliability and trust is huge - We expect our team to be on-time for scheduled shifts and ready to go when they are here. We offer a fun and stable work environment with above average industry pay. Live music / entertainment 7 nights a week - and we stay open through the winter months.
