Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, utilizing your mixology expertise and beverage recipe knowledge. Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt and friendly service. Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties when needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and handling. Process cash transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and kitchen stations in compliance with health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes to enhance our menu offerings and cater to diverse guest preferences. Manage multiple responsibilities with effective time management to deliver seamless service during busy hours. Requirements Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Demonstrated skills in mixology, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking across bar, server, and kitchen duties. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order calculations; catering or food industry experience is a plus.
