Essential Skills & Duties:

Guest Relations Create a welcoming, approachable atmosphere at the bar Anticipate guest needs and handle concerns with a solution-focused mindset Ensure every interaction is professional, respectful, and memorable Operations Excellence Prepare and serve beverages in compliance with CHM standards and local laws Validate guest identification and manage alcohol consumption responsibly Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar throughout your shift Take and deliver beverage and food orders, working with kitchen staff as needed Handle payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures Sanitize tools, bar tops, and high-touch areas regularly Sweep, mop, and reset bar areas at the end of each shift Identify and report safety concerns or faulty equipment The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous bartending or F&B experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting A team-player mindset and positive attitude Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure

Physical Requirements:

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shift Lift/move up to 25 pounds without assistance
